歡迎使用新聞發布申請系統。您可以隨時提供具故事性、新聞性、有趣性、時效性、具體性的訊息。您所提供之訊息將會分享至秘書處公共關係組、校務大數據研究中心傳播與外展組、國際宣傳與外展辦公室、研發處與圖書館等校內負責新聞、公關、行銷、宣傳相關單位，由各單位自行取用所需訊息分流至下列管道。活動已逾7日、未具新聞性、成果不具體的訊息可能會降低各單位採用機會，建議多與主責單位溝通重新包裝或以其他方式處理之。

• 官方社群媒體：FB(由公關組經營), IG(由公關組經營), Twitter(由國宣辦經營), LinkedIn(由研發處經營)刊登對外新聞、師生關心或校園點滴相關訊息。
• 首頁新聞：媒體可能報導，且與師生相關的重要訊息。中文首頁新聞由公關組經營，英文首頁新聞由國宣辦與傳外組經營。
• 新聞網：媒體不報導，但仍與師生相關的重要訊息。中文新聞由公關組經營，英文新聞由國宣辦與傳外組經營。
• 陽明交大電子報(雙周刊)：由編輯就出刊當期訊息篩選之。電子報由公關組發行。
• 神農坡雜誌(半年刊)：符合關懷服務、參與共好、社會正義主題的訊息。神農坡由公關組發行。
• NYCU Elite：由圖書館編輯篩選之。
• 對外新聞稿或記者會：媒體有興趣報導之校級政策、研發亮點、師生表現、校園活動、危機事件等訊息。對外新聞由公關組發布。

Welcome to Press Release System where you can share story and news material, which will be adapted and released on suitable campus channels below if it meets the requirements of time-sensitive, newsworthiness and concreteness.

• Official social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (operated by OPOO) and Linkedin (operated by Office of Research and Development) post news release materials and campus news.
• NYCU Homepage: posts news materials that is less attractive among media.
• NYCU News Website: posts campus news that is non-attractive among media.
• NYCU Newsletter(biweekly): decided by editors.
• Shennongpo Magazine(biannual): accepted stories about social service, social participation and social justice.
• NYCU Elite: published by library.
• News release or press conference: important policies, researches, performances, campus events, emergency announcements or other media-attractive news materials.
